Alejandro Sanz sets December 4 as US launch date for "Sirope Vivo"

Last week, Alejandro Sanz took to social media to give fans a sneak peek of the cover and launch date of his album Sirope Vivo. Global expectation mounted as fans yearned for more information. Thanks to a promo video the singer shared on his social media, today we learned that the US launch date for Sirope Vivo will be December 4. This new edition of the record gathers the content of the tour of the year in Spain.  
 
SIROPE VIVO comes as a double CD, featuring the complete audio recording of Sanz’s concerts on September 8 and 9 at the Barclaycard Center in Madrid, which gathered fifteen thousand fans, with guest stars Paula Fernández, Vanesa Martin, Zucchero and Pablo López. The album will also include the duets that the superstar recorded during the “Sirope” sessions, “A que no me dejas” with Alejandro Fernandez and a salsa version of “Un zombie a la intemperie” with Luis Enrique. International versions with Zucchero (Italy) and Pedro Abrunhosa (Portugal), alongside the previously unreleased studio track “El Cuaderno Del Alba,” round off the edition.  
 
SIROPE was certified 3x Platinum in Spain and Gold in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador. The album is up for 5 LATIN GRAMMY awards and 5 40 PRINCIPALES awards in 2015. Sanz took the SIROPE tour on the road in Spain, delighting more than three hundred thousand fans with 25 shows in premier music venues.

Beyoncé is heading back to HBO.

Following her 2013 documentary "Life Is But a Dream," Beyoncé will return to the premium network for a series of four-minute concert segments from her Mrs. Carter World Tour called "Beyoncé: X10."

The 10 installments will air every Sunday evening at 8:55 p.m. ET/PT ahead of the seventh and final season of "True Blood," which begins at 9 p.m. ET/PT on June 22

Taped performances of "Blow/Cherry," "Drunk in Love," "Ghost/Haunted," "Flawless/Yonce," "Get Me Bodied/Baby Boy/Diva," "Girls," "Heaven," "Partition," "Why Don't You Love Me?" and "XO" will air as part of the series.

The performances were shot in various cities around the world from Beyoncé's Mrs. Carter World Tour. The tour began in April 2013 in Belgrade, Serbia and ended in March 2014 in Lisbon, Portugal. It was the highest-grossing female solo tour in 2013.

"Life Is But a Dream," which aired on HBO in February 2013 and was directed by Beyoncé, gave an inside look at the singer's life.
